What a CaSSOA grade means
The grade reflects the site's security: fencing, access control and CCTV, checked by a surveyor. The register is on CaSSOA find a site, and CaSSOA says a Gold site may bring a discount on your insurance (CaSSOA).
Motorhome or caravan rate
Some sites charge a motorhome more because it takes a wider or longer plot: Lowdhams printed £824 for a motorhome or 8ft-wide caravan against £705 for a single caravan for 2025, and Whilton prices a standard and a large plot separately.
